<table><thead><tr><th width="171">Term</th><th width="570.3333333333333">Definitions</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Liquidation</td><td><em>Liquidation</em> is the process by which the RADE smart contract partially sells pledged crypto asset to cover the debt of a collateralized debt position of a user.</td></tr><tr><td>Nest</td><td>A <em>Nest</em> represents a single loan account or a collateralized debt position (CDP) issued by the platform to a user who pledges a crypto asset to borrow funds from the liquidity pool. </td></tr><tr><td>Collateralization Ratio</td><td>This is the ratio between the Dollar value of the collateral in your Nest and its debt in RUD. The collateral ratio of your Nest will change over time as the price of Ethereum changes based on market conditions. </td></tr><tr><td>MemberVouch</td><td>The concept of pledging one's own collateral to aide another truster person in securing an over-collateralized loan from the RADE Platform, and subsequently earn rewards in doing so. </td></tr><tr><td>Confidant</td><td>A person with whom one shares trusting relationship and is willing to pledge his/her collateral for aiding the  process of securing loans in the RADE Platform.</td></tr><tr><td>Confidence Index</td><td><em>Confidence Index</em> is a 3 digit numeric summary of your credit history on the RADE Platform, derived by using your transaction activity against your collaterazlized debt postions and investmnet activity in the liquidity pool. <em>Confidence Index</em> is represented numerically which ranges from 300 to 900. The closer your score is to 900, the higher are the chances are to avail access to value added financial instruments from the RADE platform and its strategic partners. Confidence Index basically establishes your Proof-of-Reputation.</td></tr></tbody></table>
